摘要
通过对通信维修器材的现状特点分析,对选择用户单位自我保障和厂家直供保障进行了界定,并对影响保障模式选择的三个影响要素:保障成熟程度、保障技术水平、装备配备规模进行析,分别建立了选择单位自我保障下的成熟风险模型、技术风险模型、配备风险模型和模式选择综合风险模型,为用户单位降低自我保障风险选择厂家直供保障模式提供了依据。最后,通过示例说明了该风险模型的适用性。
Through the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of communication maintenance equipment,this paper defined the self support of the user unit and the direct supply support of the manufacturer,and analyzed the three factors influencing the choice of the support mode:the maturity of the support,the level of the support technology,and the scale of the equipment,the mature risk model,technical risk model,equipment risk model and mode selection comprehensive risk model under the self-protection of the selection unit were established respectively,which provides the basis for the user units to reduce the self-protection risk and choose the direct supply mode of manufacturers.Finally,an example was given to illustrate the applicability of the risk model.
