Safety Analysis of Detonation Projectile Throwing Training of PAP mobility Units Based on Fishbone Diagram

武警机动分队在爆震弹实投过程中各种危险因素和安全隐患严重威胁分队人员及实投区域周边人员的生命和财产安全。基于鱼骨图对爆震弹实投事故中炸伤人员的事故和爆震弹在投掷后未发生爆炸事故的原因进行分析,得出事故发生主要有人、装备、管理及环境4个方面的原因,提出做好心理辅导,严密管理训练流程、实投环境,加强应急处理能力等措施,为加强爆震弹实投安全性提供参考。

The accident of accidental explosion and accidental injury of detonation projectile in mobile detachment of armed police often happens in the actual dropping process.Various security hidden dangers and dangerous factors seriously threaten the life and property safety of the detachment personnel and the personnel around the actual dropping area.Based on the fishbone diagram of detonation of real accident of wounded personnel accident and detonation after throwing to security analysis of the cause of explosion accident,it is concluded that the accident are four aspects of mainly people,equipment,management and environment,and we put forward that we should do psychological counseling,strict management training process,the real investment environment,and strengthen the emergency response ability in order to strengthen safety detonation elastic solid cast beneficial advice.
