摘要
对汽车电子风扇系统的运行过程进行分析,在此基础上提出控制系统整体结构设计方案及功能需求。基于S9S08DZ60单片机开发了电子风扇控制器,包括模拟信号处理及采集、开关量信号输入、PWM信号输出、开关量信号输出、显示功能、通信功能及看门狗复位功能等主要功能。通过实车实验对比了电子风扇与原车配备的电磁离合器风扇的性能,结果表明:采用电子风扇后各个实验工况节油率明显,开发的电子风扇控制系统能够满足实车应用的要求。
The operation process of automobile electronic fan system was analyzed,and the overall structure design scheme and function requirements of the control system were put forward on this basis.Based on S9S08DZ60 micro controller,an electronic fan controller was developed,including analog signal processing and acquisition,switching signal input,PWM signal output,switching measure signal output,display function,communication function and gate dog reset function.By comparing the performance of the electronic fan with the electromagnetic clutch fan equipped with the original car,the results show that the fuel saving rate of each experimental condition after using the electronic fan is obvious,and the electronic fan control system developed can meet the requirements of the real vehicle application.
