C型激光焊缝静力性能与工艺关键因素研究

摘要 以C型激光焊缝为研究对象,研究影响其静力性能以及工艺的关键因素,探索其在车身结构上的应用。通过大量料片试验,获得了不同开口方向、不同圆弧直径以及不同间隙的C型激光焊缝外观质量以及力学性能表现,确定了开口方向、最佳圆弧直径以及从薄板到厚板焊接时钣金间隙的最佳值。 Taking the C-shape remote laser weld as research object,the effecting factors of static force performance and process was studied and its application on vehicle body structure was explored.Through numerous material experiments,the appearance performance and static force performance of welded joints under different opening direction,different diameter and different gap were obtained,and opening direction,best diameter and best gap were determined.
