摘要
根据整车对等速万向节传动轴总成的各项新要求,介绍了等速万向节传动轴总成的结构型式,对传动轴总成进行了优化设计,并介绍了其原理、方法和步骤。结果表明:经过优化设计,可使传动轴总成的承载能力提升35%~40%,使用寿命提升120%,效果显著。
According to the new requirements of the whole vehicle for the transmission shaft assembly of constant velocity universal joint,the structure type of the transmission shaft assembly of the constant velocity universal joint was introduced.The optimal design of the transmission shaft assembly was carried out,and its principle,method and steps were introduced.The results show that the load capacity of the transmission shaft assembly can be increased by 35%~40%and the service life by 120%after the optimized design.
