摘要
文化是一个国家综合国力和软实力的具体体现,“一带一路”倡议为中华文化的国际传播创造了重要机遇。作为高校应该加强中华文化在国际范围内的传播,采取切实可行的措施,确立中华文化在世界范围内的有利地位,实现中华文化的国际化发展。高校应当在“一带一路”背景下采取加强文化顶层设计、加强高校智库相关建设、加强人才队伍建设、积极打造文化精品等措施,不断发挥高校的中华文化国际传播载体作用。
Culture is the embodiment of a country's comprehensive national strength and soft power,"The Belt and Road Initiative"has created an important opportunity for the international spread of Chinese culture.As colleges and universities,we should strengthen the spread of Chinese culture in the international scope,take practical measures,establish the advantageous position of Chinese culture in the world,and realize the international development of Chinese culture.Under the background of"The Belt and Road Initiative",colleges and universities should take measures to strengthen the top culture design,strengthen the related construction of think tanks,strengthen the construction of talent team and create cultural products,and constantly play the role of the Chinese culture's international carrier.
