Exploration of the Infiltration of People Oriented Concept into University Secretarial Work

高校着眼于教学质量提升的战略需要,深化以人为本理念的探索与实践,推动以人为本理念在文秘工作中的渗透具有重要意义。文章在分析在高校文秘工作渗透人本理念的意义与存在问题的基础上,提出高校应立足实际,强化调研,明确建设思路,优化流程,强化服务,创新工作模式,完善培训,建强队伍,强化环境支持。

Colleges and universities focus on the strategic needs of improving teaching quality,deepen the exploration and practice of people oriented concept,and promote the penetration of people-oriented concept in secretarial work.Based on the analysis of the significance and problems of human-oriented concept in the secretarial work of colleges and universities,this paper puts forward that colleges and universities should be based on the reality,strengthen the investigation,clarify the construction ideas,optimize the process,strengthen the service,innovate the working mode,improve the training,build a strong team,and strengthen the environmental support.
