Kindergarten head teacher plays an important role in kindergarten management.To do this job well,teacher can't rely on enthusiasm alone.Teacher need the pay of true love and the communication between hearts.At present,there are still big problems in the work of kindergarten head teachers.This paper discusses the strategies for kindergarten head teachers to carry out their work efficiently,and points out that kindergarten head teachers should have a heart of selfless dedication and tolerance,cultivate children's good self-management ability,apply certain communication skills,obtain parental support and set an example for children.
