2010年-2020年国内外急诊护理研究热点与趋势的文献计量学分析

Trends and hotspots in emergency nursing in China and abroad:a bibliometric analysis of literatures from 2010 to 2020

目的分析比较2010年—2020年国内外急诊护理发展趋势及热点,明确我国急诊护理研究的优势与不足,为我国未来急诊护理研究主题与方向提供思路。方法分别在WOS核心合集与CNKI数据库检索国内外核心护理期刊中主题为急诊的所有文献,使用CiteSpace5.7.R1软件对检索的文献进行分析并绘制共被引图谱。结果我国急诊护理核心期刊发文量自2015年以来缓慢下降;我国急诊护理发文量虽位于国际前列,但较美国、澳大利亚等国差距较大;国内急诊护理研究较为关注具体疾病,国际急诊护理研究注重研究对象的感知与体验;国际急诊护理研究趋势为急诊科工作环境、危重病情的识别与干预、急诊特殊人群护理、灾害护理等方向。结论与国际急诊护理研究相比,我国急诊护理研究主题较为局限,未来可以借鉴国际护理研究的新兴主题与趋势,不断拓展急诊护理研究的深度和广度。

Objective To analyse the research trends and hotspots in emergency nursing over the period of 2010-2020 and to provide references for future research.Method CiteSpace5.7.R1 was employed to analyse the literatures in emergency nursing on WOS(Science Core Collection Database)and CNKI published between 2010 and 2020.Results Since 2015,the number of papers published in core journals in emergency nursing in China had decreased slowly.Although the number of emergency nursing papers in China was in the forefront of the world,it still remained a big gap in comparison with the papers published by United States,Australia and other countries.The research in China mainly focused on specific diseases while the international nursing communities studied individual perceptions and experiences.The future trends in emergency nursing research were found in the fields of the working environment for emergency nursing,identification and intervention of critical illness,special population nursing with emergency,research in disaster nursing,etc.Conclusions Compared with international researches in emergency nursing,the topics in emergency nursing research in China are limited.In the future,the emerging hot topics and trends of international nursing research should be closely followed by the Chinese researchers and continue to expand the depth and breadth in emergency nursing research.
