摘要
中国石油天然气股份有限公司吉林油田分公司新民采油厂近几年腐蚀速率一直超标,导致管线漏失严重,造成了严重的经济损失。为此,需要确定其腐蚀的主控因素,开展针对性的防腐药剂研发。作者结合油田注水水质分析和室内腐蚀挂片实验结果得出溶解氧和Cl^(-)腐蚀是联合站出站口腐蚀速率超标的主控因素,而溶解氧和侵蚀性CO_(2)腐蚀是联合站清水腐蚀速率超标的主控因素。
The corrosion rate of Xinmin Oil Production Plant of Jilin Oilfield Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation has been exceeding the standard in recent years,causing serious pipeline leakage and causing serious economic losses.For this reason,it is necessary to determine the main controlling factors of its corrosion and carry out the research and development of targeted anticorrosive agents.Combining the analysis of water injection water quality in the oilfield and the results of the indoor corrosion coupon test,dissolved oxygen and Cl^(-) corrosion are the main controlling factors for the over-standard corrosion rate of the outlet of the joint station,while dissolved oxygen and corrosive CO_(2) corrosion are the main controlling factors for the over-standard clean water corrosion rate of the joint station.
