摘要
芒果叶是漆树科植物芒果(Mangifera indica L.)的叶子,作为一种传统的中草药具有悠久的使用历史。芒果叶味酸、性较凉平,具有防晕止吐、镇咳祛痰、抗菌消炎等作用,主要含有抗坏血酸、芒果苷、槲皮素等多种化学成分。由于其来源丰富,药理活性较强,吸引了大批的学者对其展开深入研究,综述了近年来关于芒果叶的黄酮类化合物的提取工艺、化学组成、药理活性等方面的研究,以期为将来对芒果叶进行深入研究提供一定的思路。
Mango leaf is the leaf of mango(Mangifera indica L.),which has a long history of use as a traditional Chinese herbal medicine.Mango leaves are sour in taste and cool in nature.They have the effects of preventing dizziness and antiemetics,antitussive and expectorant,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.Mango leaves mainly contain ascorbic acid,mangiferin,quercetin and other chemical components.Due to its rich source and strong pharmacological activity,it has attracted a large number of scholars to conduct in-depth research on it.This article mainly summarizes the research on the extraction process,chemical structure,and pharmacological activity of mango leaves in recent years to provide certain ideas for in-depth study of mango leaves in the future.
