抑郁症患者治疗中高频经颅磁刺激联合文拉法辛的应用及对HAMD、P300的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究抑郁症患者应用高频经颅磁刺激联合文拉法辛的效果。方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年9月收治的80例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,依据不同治疗方式分成观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组应用文拉法辛治疗,观察组在此基础上联合高频经颅磁刺激治疗,对比两组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及P300指标。结果治疗前两组HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.116,P=0.908),治疗后1、2、4周观察组HAMD评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.456、3.558、5.533,P<0.05);两组治疗前P300潜伏期、波幅比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.027、0.887,P>0.05),治疗后观察组潜伏期(318.59±26.22)ms更短,波幅(11.75±3.06)μv更长,差异有统计学意义(t=3.182、4.455,P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者应用高频经颅磁刺激联合文拉法辛治疗效果较好,可明显改善患者的抑郁状态及认知功能,值得在临床上应用。 Objective To study the effect of high-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with venlafaxine in patients with depression.Methods Select 80 depression patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 as the research objects,and divide them into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with venlafaxine,and the observation group was combined with high-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation on this basis,compared the hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score and P300 index between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups before treatment(t=0.116,P=0.908).The HAMD scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group at 1,2,and 4 weeks after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.456,3.558,5.533,P<0.05).Before treatment,the P300 latency and amplitude of the two groups were not statistically different(t=0.027,0.887,P>0.05).After treatment,the latency of the observation group(318.59±26.22)ms was shorter,and the amplitude(11.75±3.06)μv was longer,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.182,4.455,P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with venlafaxine has a good effect in patients with depression,which can significantly improve the depression and cognitive function of patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.
