活髓切断术治疗年轻恒切牙冠折露髓的临床效果探讨

The Clinical Effect of Pulpotomy in the Treatment of Young Permanent Incisors with Crown Fracture and Pulp Exposed

目的比较分析活髓切断术治疗年轻恒切牙冠折露髓的临床效果。方法所选100例年轻恒切牙冠折露髓患者,其入院时段为2015年1月—2020年1月,按随机法将所有入选者分为对照、观察两组(每组50例)。对照组行常规口腔治疗,观察组行活髓切断术,对比分析两组的临床疗效、口腔功能恢复时间、治疗时间及不良反应发生状况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.0%,对照组其临床治疗总有效率为68.0%,观察组临床治疗总有效率相比对照组明显要高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.981,P<0.05)。观察组患者口腔功能恢复时间、治疗时间分别为(14.17±2.13)、(8.07±1.98)d,明显短于对照组口腔功能恢复时间(20.39±2.14)d、治疗时间(13.19±2.83)d,差异有统计学意义(t=14.567、10.482,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.0%,与对照组的不良反应发生率28.0%对比明显要低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.575,P<0.05)。结论活髓切断术治疗年轻恒切牙冠折露髓可取得较优的临床疗效,可促进患者口腔功能的恢复,缩短治疗时间,且不良反应较少,安全性好。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of pulpotomy in the treatment of young permanent incisors with crown fracture exposed pulp.Methods A total of 100 young permanent incisor patients with crown fracture and pulp exposure were selected from January 2015 to January 2020.According to the random method,all the selected patients were divided into control and observation two groups(50 cases in each group).The control group underwent conventional oral treatment,and the observation group underwent pulpotomy.The clinical efficacy,oral function recovery time,treatment time and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.0%,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 68.0%.The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.981,P<0.05).The oral function recovery time and treatment time of the observation group were(14.17±2.13)d and(8.07±1.98)d,which were significantly shorter than the control group’s oral function recovery time of(20.39±2.14)d and treatment time of(13.19±2.83)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.567,10.482,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.0%,which was significantly lower than the incidence of 28.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.575,P<0.05).Conclusion Vital pulpotomy for the treatment of young permanent incisor teeth with crown fracture and exposed pulp can achieve better clinical effects.It can promote the recovery of patients’oral function,shorten the treatment time,and has fewer adverse reactions and good safety.
