门诊小儿静脉留置针期间的护理服务模式及对留置时间、并发症情况影响

The Nursing Service Mode during Pediatric Intravenous Indwelling Needle in Outpatient Clinic and Its Influence on Indwelling Time and Complications

目的探讨门诊小儿静脉留置针期间的护理服务模式及对留置时间、并发症情况影响。方法将该院2018年1月—2019年12月200例门诊静脉留置针患儿,信封随机法分两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施人性化护理服务模式。比较两组护理开始和护理后家长焦虑状态评分、小儿痛苦评分、静脉留置针留置时间、并发症率。结果护理结束观察组家长焦虑状态评分(35.05±1.21)分、小儿痛苦评分(1.35±0.21)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=36.270、16.777,P<0.05)。观察组的静脉留置针留置时间(6.10±1.21)d比对照组长,差异有统计学意义(t=15.545,P<0.05)。观察组并发症率2.0%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05)。结论门诊小儿静脉留置针患者实施人性化护理服务模式可减轻患者痛苦,减轻家长焦虑,延长留置时间和减少并发症。

Objective To explore the nursing service mode of pediatric intravenous indwelling needle and its influence on indwelling time and complications.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019 in the hospital,200 outpatient intravenous needle patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group implemented a humanized nursing service model.The parents'anxiety score,pediatric pain score,indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle,and complication rate were compared between the two groups at the beginning and after nursing.Results The parental anxiety score of the observation group was(35.05±1.21)points,and the child pain score of(1.35±0.21)points was better than the control group at the end of nursing care,the difference was statistically significant statistical significant difference(t=36.270,16.777,P<0.05).The indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle in the observation group was(6.10±1.21)d longer than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.545,P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 2.0%lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing service model for pediatric intravenous indwelling needle patients in outpatient clinics can reduce the suffering of patients,relieve anxiety of parents,prolong the indwelling time and reduce complications.
