浅析针刺治疗小儿周围性面瘫

Acupuncture treatment of children with peripheral facial paralysis

小儿周围性面瘫为儿科常见疾病,主要表现为患侧额纹及鼻唇沟变浅或消失,眼睑闭合不全,口角下垂歪向健侧,患侧不能作皱额、蹙眉、闭目、露齿和鼓颊等动作为主的病证。目前西医学对小儿周围性面瘫主要采用糖皮质激素治疗,产生的不良反应对患儿的身心健康造成严重影响,药物的选用尚待进一步优化。临床治疗中发现针刺治疗小儿周围性面瘫效果显著,可行性高,能早期辨证施治,气至病所,祛邪迅速,且又能培补中气提高自身免疫力,如此标本兼顾,每获良效,值得临床进一步推广应用,现将临床针刺治疗小儿周围性面瘫的经典验案进行整理分析,以期进一步对临床应用和研究提供参考。

Pediatric peripheral facial paralysis is a common disease in pediatrics,mainly manifested as the forehead lines and nasolabial groove on the affected side becoming shallow or disappeared,eyelid insufficiency,drooping of the mouth to the healthy side,and that the affected side cannot be wrinkled,frowning,eye closing,teeth showing and buckling and other movements.At present,western medicine mainly uses glucocorticoid for treatment of children with peripheral facial paralysis.The side effects have a serious impact on the physical and mental health of children,so the selection of drugs still needs to be further optimized.In clinical practice,it has been found that acupuncture in treatment of pediatric around facial paralysis has remarkable effects and high feasibility.It can treat the disease by syndrome differentiation in the early stage,and it can arrive at the location of the disease and fast eliminate pathogenic factors,and meanwhile it can improve their own immunity.Therefore,acupuncture,by treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,has good efficacy and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.This paper analyzes and collates the classic clinical cases of acupuncture in the treatment of children with peripheral facial paralysis,in order to provide reference for further clinical application and clinical research.
