摘要
文章介绍了某电站机组低水头运行带来的不利影响,分析了可能原因,并结合电站实际情况开展相关试验,最终找到该电站在低水头下最优运行方式,成功避免顶盖在低水头运行期间振动超标现象。不仅为该电站的安全稳定运行奠定了坚实基础,还可为其他存在类似问题的电站提供参考。
This paper introduces the adverse effects of low head operation of a power station unit, analyzes the possible causes, and carries out relevant tests in combination with the actual situation of the power station, and finally finds the optimal operation mode of the power station under low head which successfully avoids the phenomenon of vibration overload of the top cover during low head operation. It not only lies a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of the power station, but also provides a reference for other power stations with similar problems.
