晋北重度盐碱地不同造林模式成本核算

Cost Accounting of Different Afforestation Models in Severe Saline-alkali Land in Northern Shanxi

摘要 为给晋北重度盐碱地生态恢复项目资金管理提供科学依据,按照《造林技术规程》和《防护林造林工程投资估算指标》相关工序,对晋北地区排盐沟工程控盐控碱、整地隔层阻盐控碱、改土材料、肥料种类等4种组合措施的21种重度盐碱地造林单位面积成本进行了计算,结果为21种不同造林模式每公顷造林费用平均值为97659.42元(71816.34~136189.8元),其中苗木费、整地费、栽植费、材料费、抚育管理费、间接费用分别占造林费用5.28%、15.43%、3.02%、27.08%、37.46%、11.73%;劳动力价格的变动对晋北重度盐碱地单位面积造林总费用有显著影响。 In accordance with the relevant procedures of the"Technical Regulations for Afforestation"and"Investment Estimates for Shelterbelt Afforestation Projects",21 types of combinations of 4 measures——salt drainage ditch engineering to control salt and alkali,soil preparation barrier to prevent salt and alkali,different soil improvement materials,and different fertilizer,were analyzed in terms of unit cost of afforestation.The average afforestation cost per hectare for 21 different afforestation models was RMB 97,659.42(ranging from RMB 71816.34 to 136189.8).The cost composition of 21 different modes were divided into different procedures of afforestation components:seedling cost,land preparation cost,planting cost,material cost,tending management fee and indirect cost,which respectively accounted for 5.28%,15.43%,3.02%,27.08%,37.46%and 11.73%of afforestation cost per hectare.The correlation analysis between the rate of change of labor price and the afforestation cost per unit area shows that the change of labor price has a significant influence on the total afforestation cost per unit area in the heavily saline and alkaline land in North Shanxi Province.
