秦岭林木种质资源保护与利用现状分析

A brief analysis of conservation and utilization for Forest Germplasm Resources in Qinling Mountains

林木种质是林木良种繁育的原始材料,也是林业生产力发展的基础性和战略性资源。秦岭林木种质资源丰富,当前,在保护和利用中还存在资源家底不清、缺乏统一规划、发展不平衡、林木良种基地发展缓慢等问题。本文从林木种质资源清查、依法管理、林木种苗基地建设等方面提出了加强秦岭林木种质资源保护利用的对策,对秦岭林木种质资源的保存利用及林业健康可持续发展具有一定指导意义。

There are abundant forest germplasm resources in Qinling Montains,Which is not only the raw material of forest breeding,but also the basic and strategic resource of forestry productivity development.There are still some problems in the protection and utilization,such as unclear baseline of resource,lack of unified planning,unbalanced development,and slow development of improved variety base and so on.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the protection and utilization of forest germplasm resources in Qinling Mountains from the aspects of forest germplasm resources inventory,management according to law and forest seedling base construction,a guidine significance for the conservation and utilization of forest germplasm resources and the healthy and sustainable managment of forestry in Qinling Mountains.
