摘要
以二苯甲酮为原料,经McMurry、硝化、还原反应合成了化合物3,总收率为59%,其结构经^(1)H NMR和^(13)C NMR确证。进一步采用紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱对3在溶液中的聚集发光行为进行研究,结果表明:化合物3具有可逆的溶剂/pH双重响应聚集诱导发光(AIE)特性,主要是由于其在溶液中的聚集状态发生变化。
The compound 3 was synthesized from benzophenone by the reaction of McMurray,nitration and reduction.The total yield was 59%.The structure was characterized by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR.The aggregation luminescence behavior of compound 3 in aqueous solution was studied by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results show that the compound 3 has obvious pH stimuli-responsive aggregation-induced emission(AIE)characteristics due to the different dispersion states of compound 3.
