摘要
手性环戊二烯配体因在环化反应中出色的催化效应及立体选择作用受到金属有机化学工作者的关注,其中环戊二烯基配位的过渡金属复合物催化的环化反应更是成为相关药物合成的研究热点之一。本文梳理了近年来各类手性环戊二烯配位的不同过渡金属配合物催化环化反应的进展。
The chiral cyclopentadiene ligand has attracted the attention of metal organic chemists due to its excellent catalytic effect and stereoselective effect in the cyclization reaction. Among them, the cyclopentadienyl-coordinated transition metal complex catalyzes the cyclization reaction. It has become one of the research hotspots of related drug synthesis. This article therefore summarizes the progress of various types of chiral cyclopentadiene coordinated different transition metal complexes in the catalytic cyclization reaction in recent years.
