城市通过持续更新与改造完成新陈代谢的过程,城市更新涉及社会、历史、经济及文化等各方面因素,根据城市各个区域及建筑群体的特点,采用不同的策略,对建筑物及空间环境改造,达到建筑历史传承及提升的目标,体现时代性。借鉴中国古诗常用的“起、承、转、合”的思路,开展城市更新片区新建项目设计的探讨和实践。

The metabolic process of city through continuous renewal and transformation,urban renewal involves social,historical,eco‐nomic and cultural factors.According to the characteristics of various regions and construction groups in the city,dopt different trategies,re‐construction of buildings and space oenvironment,to achieve the goal of heritage and promotion of architectural history,reflects the charac‐teristics of the times.The author draws lessons from the common ideas of“starting,inheriting,transferring and combining”in ancient Chi‐nese poetry,discussion and practice of the new project design in urban renewal area.
