摘要
介绍了湛江某超高层大厦项目层层收进、斜柱和大悬挑等复杂情况的超限结构设计,由于存在超高、跨层柱、斜柱、高位转换和大悬挑等复杂情况,对部分构件的抗震性能目标作了调整,从结构周期、楼层侧向刚度比、动力特性、关键构件等方面对结构进行弹性分析,并进行了线弹性时程分析和动力弹塑性分析;并针对结构的各项不规则情况逐项专门分析,根据受力结果,采取相应的抗震构造与措施。
Introduced the structural design of a super high-rise building in Zhanjiang City,which in complex situations such as shrinking structure,inclined columns and long span cantilever.Due to extreme height,cross-story columns,inclined columns,high-level transfer and long span cantilever and other complicated situations,the seismic performance targets of some components have been adjusted.By processing linear elastic time history analysis and dynamic elastoplastic analysis,the structural period,lateral stiffness ratio,dynamic characteristics and other key features have also been revealed.Based on the analysis,for this structure with torsion irregularities,discontinuous floor slabs,sud‐den changes in stiffness,long span cantilever,cross-story columns and other adverse seismic conditions,some special measures have been conducted.
