摘要
广州某超限高层建筑采用框架核心筒结构体系,结构总高约77.9 m,结构平面有大开洞、竖向体型收进和局部竖向构件转换等不规则项。设计过程中采用性能化抗震设计方法,采用多种软件对比,设计结果按照多模型包络设计。分析了结构在小、中和大震工况下的性能目标,并采用有限元软件对结构进行了大震工况下的弹塑性时程分析,找出结构薄弱部位,提出相应的加强措施。最后,得出该结构设计合理、安全,可满足相应的性能等级目标。
An over-limit high-rise building in Guangzhou adopts a frame core tube structure system with a total structure height of about 77.9 m.The structure plane has irregular terms such as large opening,vertical body retract and local vertical component conversion.The per‐formance-based seismic design method is adopted in the design process,and a variety of software are used to compare the design results ac‐cording to the multi-model envelope design.The performance objectives of the structure under small,medium and large earthquakes are ana‐lyzed,and the elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure under large earthquakes is carried out by using finite element software,the weak parts of the structure are found out and the corresponding strengthening measures are put forward.Finally,it is concluded that the structure design is reasonable,safe,and can meet the corresponding performance grade target.
