摘要
对于采用铝模全现浇外墙施工技术的带商业裙楼高层建筑,为了避免底部加强区抗震等级提高或结构超限,可采用结构拉缝设置构造墙的方法降低剪力墙的转换比例。通过计算对比发现,结构拉缝设置构造墙对结构整体性能指标均能满足要求,但在经济性方面并无优势。结构拉缝技术可解决铝模全现浇外墙中平面外无侧向支撑剪力墙的稳定问题。
For high-rise buildings with commercial podiums that adopt aluminum mold full cast-in-place exterior wall construction technolo‐gy,in order to avoid the increase in the seismic level of the bottom reinforcement area or the structure overrun,the method of setting con‐figuration walls with structural seam can be used to reduce the conversion ratio of shear walls.Through calculation and comparison,it is found that the configuration wall with seam can meet the specification requirements for the structural overall performance,but there is no ad‐vantage in terms of economy.The structural seam technology can solve the stability problem of the shear wall without lateral support outside the mid-plane of the aluminum mold cast-in-place exterior wall.
