摘要
为推动建筑工业化,某学校建筑创新的使用了一种大跨度免支撑施工的装配式组合钢桁架混凝土叠合板,该叠合板通过在板的受力方向加设角钢,做成半预制板后,在施工现场进行现浇混凝土成为楼板,既能够满足叠合板在现场施工的承载力要求,也可以实现大跨度免支撑施工,大幅度减小整楼自重,大幅度缩短施工工期。
In order to promote the industrial modernization,a school building innovatively used a large-span support-free prefabricated combined steel truss concrete laminated panel.A semi-prefabricated panel is made from the composite panel by adding the angle steel in the direction of the panel force.The concrete will be pouring into the semi-prefabricated panel at the construction in order to produce the floor slabs.This methodology will help not only meeting the load-bearing capacity requirements of the laminated panels on site,but also achieving the large-span support-free construction procedure,which greatly reduces the weight of the entire building and shortens the construction period.
