摘要 针对两建筑单体之间3层钢连廊结构体系单个构件长度长、重量大、塔吊无法覆盖、施工场地受限等施工难题,结合钢连廊深化设计,通过对地下室顶板上吊装作业的起重机械选型、索具选择、吊装作业工况等进行验算分析,确定采用钢连廊主梁地面拼装、整榀吊装,再在空中完成次梁、连杆安装,形成钢连廊整体的施工方法,整个施工过程安全、快速、质量可靠,取得良好经济效益。 Aiming at the construction problems of the three-story steel corridor structure system between two single buildings,such as long length,heavy weight,tower crane unable to cover,limited construction site and so on,combined with the deepening design of the steel corridor,through checking and analyzing the lifting machinery selection,rigging selection and lifting operation conditions of the base‐ment roof lifting operation,the ground assembly and consolidation lifting of steel corridor are determined.Then complete the installation of secondary beam and connecting rod in the air to form the overall construction of steel corridor.The whole construction process is safe,fast,reliable and has achieved good economic benefits.
