神农香菊扦插生根的影响因素研究

Study on the Influence Factors of Cutting Rooting of Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum

研究了插穗采集部位、基质类型和激素3方面因素对神农香菊扦插生根的影响。结果表明:插穗部位对神农香菊扦插生根影响不大;基质类型对扦插苗生根数影响明显,对生根率和生根长度的影响较小;河砂∶腐殖土∶蛭石=1∶1∶1适合作为神农香菊的扦插基质;激素处理影响扦插生根效果显著,对生根数的影响最大,其次依次为生根率、平均根长;处理时间是激素处理影响扦插生根数的主要因素,其次是激素种类;神农香菊扦插最佳激素为IBA,最佳处理时间为10 min。

The effects of cutting position,cutting matrix type and hormone treatment on rooting of cottage of Dendranthema indicum var.aromaticum were studied.The results showed that the cutting position had little effect on the rooting of Dendranthema indicum var.aromaticum.The effect of cutting matrix type on rooting number of cuttings was obvious,but the effect on rooting rate and rooting length was small.Sand∶soil∶vermiculite=1∶1∶1 was the most suitable cutting matrix for Dendranthema indicum var.aromaticum.Hormone treatment had significant effect on rooting,and the number of rooting was the most,followed by rooting rate and average root length.Treatment time was the main factor affecting the rooting number of cuttings,followed by hormone types.IBA was the best hormone for cutting of Dendranthema indicum var.aromaticum,and the best treatment time was 10 minutes.
