高质量发展视角下现代节水农业发展探析——以甘肃省民勤县为例 被引量:5

摘要 水资源是维持着地球生物生存的基本物质基础,重要性不言而喻。然而在传统农业大水灌溉的生产方式下,水资源利用率严重低下,投入产出失衡,其生产方式已不能满足现代农业发展的要求,尤其在干旱半干旱地区的甘肃省民勤县,高质量发展现代节水农业尤为重要。通过县域内近几年发展现代节水农业中存在的作物种植结构不合理、节水设备维护性不足以及节水与投入产出未同步发展的诸多问题,进行了调研。并以此提出了一些以节水绿色生态为引领,调整产业结构转型升级等相关的解决措施,进行了论证与分析,旨在通过研究县域现代节水农业发展,助推我国荒漠化地区现代节水农业高质量发展,提供了相关的参考价值。 Water resources are the basic material basis to maintain the survival of the earth’s life,and its importance is self-evident.However,under the traditional agricultural irrigation mode,the utilization rate of water resources is seriously low,and the input-output imbalance.Its production mode can not meet the requirements of modern agricultural development,especially in Minqin County of Gansu Province in arid and semi-arid areas,it is particularly important to develop modern water-saving agriculture with high quality.In this paper,many problems in the county in recent years were investigated,induding the development of modern water-saving agriculture in the crop planting structure is unreasonable,water-saving equipment maintenance is insufficient,and water-saving and input-output are not synchronized development.And put forward some solutions,such as with water-saving green ecology as the guide,adjust the industrial structure transformation and upgrading,carried out the demonstration and analysis,aiming to promote the high-quality development of modern water-saving agriculture in desertification areas of China by studying the development of county-level modern water-saving agriculture,and providing relevant reference value.
