摘要
创新实践能力培养是当前高等教育的主要任务之一,也是高校办学质量及办学水平的重要标志。地方高校生物类专业由于教学模式陈旧、实践环节薄弱、评价方式单一等原因,影响了学生创新实践能力的培养。基于此,通过改革人才培养方案,加强创新学分管理和双师型教师培养以及搭建创新平台,促进学生实践能力及创新能力的全面提升。
The cultivation of innovative and practical ability is one of the main tasks of current higher education,and it is also an important symbol of the quality and level of university.Biology majors in local colleges have an outdated teaching model,weak practice links and single evaluation methods,which have affected the cultivation of students’innovative and practical ability.Based on this,we reform the talent training program,strengthen the management of innovative credits and the training of dual-qualified teachers,and build an innovation platform to promote the overall improvement of students’practical and innovative abilities.
