认知社会语言学视域下的“中央一号文件”历时关键词研究

A Diachronic Study of the Key Words in The CCPC No. 1 Document from the Perspective of Cognitive Sociolinguistics

"中央一号文件"是我国有关"三农"工作纲领性文件,它反映了社会主义农村建设改革发展历程。本文基于认知社会语言学原理,从认知参照点角度对涉农文件进行历时关键词研究,进而揭示新时代乡村改革的政策演变和历史面貌,把握中国特色的社会主义乡村建设。究词语、立视角、透政策、促行动,为全面落实"乡村振兴"战略服务。研究发现,我国的"三农"建设经历了从解放生产力,稳定发展,加快改革,再到全面振兴的发展历程。

The CCPC No. 1 Document is an annual programmatic setup of the work of"socialist agriculture,rural construction and reform",which reflects an evolution of farmers’ reform. Based on principles in cognitive sociolinguistics,this paper focuses diachronically on some key words in The CPC No. 1 Document from the perspective of cognitive reference point,aiming at comprehending advancement of the CPC policy on agriculture and rural historical development in the New Era and helping people to get involved with the socialist rural construction with Chinese characteristics. Through picking out conceptual words for linguistic and cognitive study,we hope that we might comprehensively reconstruct an understanding of political profiles,so as to push ahead momentous actions of the people,which could serve the purpose of"full implementation of rural vitalization"strategy in China. It is found that the construction of"socialist agriculture,rural construction and reform"has experienced a developmental process of emancipating productive forces,stabilizing development,accelerating reform,and achieving comprehensive revitalization.
