刺络拔罐联合西医治疗急性期带状疱疹临床观察

Clinical observation of pricking-cupping combined with western medicine for acute herpes zoster

目的观察刺络拔罐联合西医治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将93例急性带状疱疹患者按照随机数字表法分为3组,联合组30例予刺络拔罐联合西医常规治疗,中医组32例单纯予刺络拔罐治疗,西医组31例单纯予西医常规治疗。3组均治疗7 d,比较3组治疗前及治疗1、3、5、7 d后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化情况,比较3组治疗1、3、5、7 d后皮损区域疱疹数量减少情况,比较3组治疗前及治疗7 d后皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分变化情况。结果3组治疗1、3、5、7 d后疼痛VAS均明显低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),联合组及中医组治疗1、5、7 d后疼痛VAS均明显低于西医组同期(P<0.05),联合组治疗5、7 d后疼痛VAS均明显低于中医组同期(P<0.05)。联合组治疗3、5、7 d后及中医组治疗5、7 d后疱疹数量均明显少于西医组同期(P<0.05),联合组治疗3、5、7 d后疱疹数量均明显少于中医组同期(P<0.05)。3组治疗7 d后DLQI评分及SAS评分均明显低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),联合组及中医组治疗7 d后DLQI评分及SAS评分均明显低于西医组同期(P<0.05),联合组治疗7 d后DLQI评分及SAS评分均明显低于中医组同期(P<0.05)。结论刺络拔罐联合西医常规治疗急性期带状疱疹疗效确切,可以快速有效地缓解疼痛症状,减轻患者痛苦,促进疱疹消退,提高生活质量,改善焦虑情绪,操作简单方便,安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pricking-cupping combined with western medicine treatment for acute herpes zoster(AHZ).Methods Totally 93 AHZ patients were randomly divided into three groups,31 cases in the western medicine group(WM)received western medicine routine treatment,32 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group received pricking-cupping,30 cases in the combined group received pricking-cupping combined with western medicine routine treatment.The treatmeat for 7 days,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,as well as herpe number was compared among the three groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,VAS scores in the three groups were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05);after 1,5,and 7 days of treatment,VAS scores in the combined group and the TCM group were significantly lower than those in the WM group(P<0.05);after 5 and 7 days of treatment,VAS score in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the TCM group(P<0.05).the number of herpes in the combination group after 3,5,and 7 days of treatment and in the TCM group after 5,7 days of treatment was significantly greater than that in the WM group(P<0.05);after 3,5,and 7 days of treatment,herpe numbe reduction was commune to see in the combined group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,DLQI score and SAS score after 7 days of treatment in the three groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which in the combined group and TCM group were lower than the WM group(P<0.05),and which in the combined group were lower than the TCM group(P<0.05).Conclusion For AHZ,pricking-cupping combined with western medicine can effectively and quickly relieve symptoms,lighten patients'suffering,promote herpes resolution,improve quality of life,relieve anxiety,with simple and convenient operation,safe and reliable.
