温胆汤联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后焦虑临床观察

Clinical observation of Wendan Decoction combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets on postoperative anxiety of coronary heart disease patients percutaneous coronary intervention

目的观察温胆汤联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后焦虑的临床疗效。方法将80例冠心病PCI术后焦虑患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,2组均予PCI术后常规治疗,对照组40例予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,治疗组40例予温胆汤联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗。2组均治疗8周比较疗效,比较2组治疗前及治疗8周后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分变化情况,比较2组治疗前及治疗8周后血浆髓过氧化物酶(MPO)水平变化情况,比较2组治疗4、8周后副反应量表(TESS)评分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率95.00%(38/40),对照组80.00%(32/40),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗8周后HAMA评分及血浆MPO水平与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗8周后均低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗4、8周后TESS评分均低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论温胆汤联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗冠心病PCI术后焦虑临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者焦虑症状,降低MPO水平,控制冠心病病情发展,减轻药物不良反应,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the treatment effect of Wendan Decoction combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets on postoperative anxiety of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Totally 80 CHD patients,who had being anxiety after percutaneous coronary intervention,were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).After PCI,the control group was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Wendan Decoction combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets,with treatment for 8 weeks in two groups.Changes of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores and Myeloperoxidasedeficiency(MPO)level after 8 weeks,and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)level after 4 weeks and 8 weeks were compared between the two groups.Results Total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group[95.00%(38/40)vs 80.00%(32/40),(P<0.05),respectively].After 8 weeks of treatment,HAMA score and MPO level in the both groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),which was lower in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the TESS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions When CHD patients had being anxiety after PCI,using Wendan Decoction combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets has definite clinical efficacy,which can significantly improve the anxiety,reduce MPO and adverse drug reactions,control CHD,and then improve clinical efficacy.
