摘要
针对液压调高系统存在动态失效特性问题,采用基于离散时间贝叶斯网络(DTBN)的动态故障树分析方法进行分析。研究一种基于DTBN的动态故障树分析方法,给出动态故障树向DTBN转化以及用DTBN求解各时间段和任务时间内顶事件的发生概率、基本事件的后验概率和概率重要度的方法。利用基于DTBN的动态故障树分析方法构建液压调高系统动态故障树,并将其转化为DTBN。利用贝叶斯网络双向推理计算各时间段和任务时间内液压调高系统的失效概率和各元件的后验概率与概率重要度,为发现液压调高系统薄弱环节、提高系统可靠性提供依据。
Aiming at the dynamic failure characteristics of the hydraulic heightening system,the dynamic fault tree analysis method based on discrete-time Bayesian network(DTBN)was used to analysis it.A dynamic fault tree method based on DTBN was studied.The transformation method of dynamic fault tree to DTBN and the method of using DTBN to calculate the failure probability of top event,the posterior probabilities and the Birnbaum importance measures of basic events in each time interval and the mission time using DTBN were given.The dynamic fault tree analysis method based on DTBN was used to construct the dynamic fault tree of the hydraulic heightening system and transform it into DTBN.The Bayesian network bidirectional reasoning system was used to calculate the failure probability of the hydraulic heightening system,the posterior probabilities and the Birnbaum importance measures of each component in each time interval and the mission time,which provides basis for identifying vulnerable components of the system and for improving system reliability.
