摘要
以某大尺寸显示器振动夹具为研究对象,利用有限元软件对夹具进行仿真分析,根据仿真分析结构,优化振动夹具的结构设计。通过试验验证,得到预期结果,优化改进后的振动夹具具有较好的刚度和品质因子。
The vibration test of a large size display was taken as the research object,the modal analysis of the fixture was carried out by using the finite element software,and then the structural design of the vibration fixture was optimized to improve its first order natural frequency.Through test verification,the expected results were obtained,and the optimized vibration fixture was testified to have good stiffness and quality factor.
