益气祛湿通络方联合西医治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

Effect Evaluation of Yiqi Qushi Tongluo Prescription Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:评价益气祛湿通络方联合西医治疗类风湿关节炎的效果。方法:类风湿关节炎患者102例随机分为对照组和观察组各51例。两组均给予西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上实施益气祛湿通络方治疗。治疗3个月后,观察两组临床疗效,比较两组患者临床症状评分、实验室指标与生存质量(HAQ)评分的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的80.39%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者晨僵时间、关节压痛、关节肿胀、活动痛及关节功能等临床症状评分,以及红细胞沉降率(ESR)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)与类风湿因子(RF)水平、HAQ评分等项目均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气祛湿通络方联合西医常规治疗类风湿关节炎,临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状、实验室指标及生存质量,优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Yiqi Qushi Tongluo prescription combined with western medicine in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Totally 102 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 51 cases in each group.Both groups were given the conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Yiqi Qushi Tongluo prescription additionally.After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the changes of clinical symptom scores,laboratory indicators and quality of life(HAQ)scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than that(80.39%)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the morning stiffness time,joint tenderness,joint swelling,movement pain,joint function and other clinical symptom scores,erythrocyte sepulence rate(ESR),serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and rheumatoid factor(RF)levels,HAQ score and other indexes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yiqi Qushi Tongluo prescription and western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has a significant clinical effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,laboratory indicators and quality of life of patients,and is better than the treatment with western medicine alone.
