摘要
目的构建产科专科护士核心能力评价指标,为产科专科护士核心能力评价提供有效的测评工具。方法选取江苏省综合医院、三甲妇幼保健院以及医科大学的产科护理专家、产科专科护士以及产科护理管理专家共40名,采用层次分析法以及专家调查法确定指标权重、筛选指标,分析一级指标与权重、二级指标与权重以及三级指标与权重。结果经过两轮专家函询,回收率均为100%,确定了3个级别共80项产科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,其中一级指标7项、二级指标24项、3级指标49项。其中一级指标及其权重分别为:产科理论(0.17)、职业道德及专业精神(0.15)、专科操作技能(0.19)、应急处理及抢救能力(0.21)、管理与领导能力(0.08)、健康教育及培训能力(0.13)、个人才能及专业发展(0.12)。结论本文所建立的一套评价体系,包含内容较为广泛、全面,对各大医院评价其妇产科护士的核心能力有一定的指导意义,并为其提供一系列量化的依据,包括在编护士的培训及月度、年度考核评价、新进护士的准入要求等。本体系中的专家由于其意见的集中性及权威性和多年临床经验,使得该评价体系较为可靠,大大提高了可信度及科学性。
Objective Objective to construct the evaluation index of obstetric specialist nurses'core competence,and provide an effective evaluation tool for obstetric specialist nurses'core competence evaluation.Methods A total of 40 obstetric nursing specialists,obstetric specialist nurses and obstetric nursing management experts from Jiangsu General Hospital,Sanjia Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Medical University were selected.The analytic hierarchy process and expert survey method were used to determine index weights and screening indicators.Indicators and weights,secondary indicators and weights,and tertiary indicators and weights.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,the recovery rate was 100%.A total of 80 core competence evaluation index systems of obstetric specialist nurses in three levels were determined,including 7 first level indexes,24 second level indexes and 49 third level indexes.The first level indicators and their weights were:Obstetrics theory(0.17),professional ethics and professionalism(0.15),specialized operation skills(0.19),emergency response and rescue ability(0.21),management and leadershiPability(0.08),health education and training ability(0.13),personal ability and professional development(0.12).Conclusion The evaluation system established in this paper contains a wide range of content and comprehensiveness.It has certain guiding significance for the evaluation of the core competence of the obstetrics and gynaecology nurses in major hospitals,and provides a series of quantitative basis for them,including the preparation of nurses.Training and monthly,annual assessment and evaluation,and access requirements for new nurses.The expert opinions in this system,due to the concentration of opinions and the authority of experts and years of clinical experience,make the evaluation system more reliable,greatly improving credibility and scientificity.
