江苏省“十四五”铁路货运发展思考

Thoughts on the development of railway freight transport in Jiangsu Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan

为把握“十四五”铁路发展机遇,充分发挥江苏省地理位置及经济发展优势,对江苏省“十四五”铁路货运发展策略进行研究。以问题导向为原则,分析江苏省铁路货运发展的政策环境背景,对江苏省铁路货运发展现状及问题进行梳理,提出“十四五”期间江苏省铁路货运发展的目标,最后分别从铁路通道、货运枢纽、集疏运体系、运输服务及信息化建设方面提出具体的发展对策。

In order to seize the opportunities of railway development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and give full play to the geographical location and economic development advantages of Jiangsu Province,the development strategy of railway freight transportation in the 14th Five-Year Plan period of Jiangsu Province is studied.Based on the problem-oriented principle,first analyze the policy environment background of the development of railway freight transportation in Jiangsu Province,then sort out the current situation and problems of the development of railway freight transportation in Jiangsu Province,and then put forward the goals for the development of railway freight transportation in Jiangsu Province during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.Specific development countermeasures are proposed for railway passages,freight hubs,collection and distribution systems,transportation services and informatization construction.
