摘要 高速公路早期信息化建设中存在的数据互通共享难、集中处理分析难、建设方式不可持续等问题阻碍了路网运营管理和服务水平的提升。“十三五”时期,“新基建”加速提档升级,江苏交控集成创新“云网边端”一体化的数字交通新基建,成功打造“六朵云”“智慧高速”等数字化运营管理品牌。在总结江苏交控信息化建设和应用主要做法及经验成效基础上,提出符合高速公路可持续发展需求的信息化数字化建设方案,为高速公路行业数字化转型提供借鉴参考。 In the early stages of expressway information system construction,the network management and service level were severely hindered by the difficulty in data exchange,centralized processing analysis and unsustainability of construction mode.Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,Jiangsu Communications Holding Co.Ltd(hereinafter referred to as JCHC)has brought forth the new digital transport infrastructure construction in application with new technologies are being upgraded.Within all the efforts of digital base,a series of information digital brands of six-cloud platform and intelligent expressway have been built successfully resulting in an effective digital transformation support system and a digital transport application ecosystem.On basis of the conclusion and analysis of the experience and effectiveness in information system construction,a digital and innovation strategy has been put forward meeting the demand of sustainable development,and provides some references for the digital transformation of the expressway industry.
