摘要 针对某钢厂生产的09CrCuSb钢连铸方坯表面裂纹严重的现象,通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜对裂纹试样进行观察,并通过裂纹宏观形态分析,研究了表面裂纹产生原因。试验结果表明:表面裂纹缺陷是由于卷渣氧化和Cu元素富集造成的,且内弧和外弧容易产生裂纹。可以通过炼钢脱氧工艺的优化,净化钢水质量,适宜的连铸拉速控制,以及控制轧制温度来进行改进。 In view of the serious crack phenomenon on the surface of 09 CrCuSb steel continuous casting billet produced by a steel plant, metallurgical microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to observe the cracked samples. The causes of surface cracks were studied by analyzing the macroscopic morphology of cracks. Experiment result shows that the surface crack defects are caused by the oxidation of slag and the enrichment of Cu and Sb elements, and the inner arc and the outer arc are prone to cracks. It can be improved by optimizing the steelmaking deoxidation process, purifying the quality of molten steel, and controlling the rolling temperature.
