目的分析漱口运动法在甲状腺癌术后的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月于郑州大学第一附属医院接受甲状腺癌根治术联合甲状腺侧区淋巴结清扫术治疗的150例甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,其中术后进行颈部功能锻炼的75例作为对照组,在颈部功能锻炼基础上增加漱口运动的75例作为研究组。比较两组颈部活动度、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)评分、瘢痕挛缩状况。结果干预7 d,研究组颈部向患侧屈、向健侧屈、向患侧旋转、向健侧旋转、后伸、前屈活动度大于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1、3个月,研究组瘢痕挛缩率(2.67%、4.00%)低于对照组(12.00%、16.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预1、3个月,研究组GQOLI-74评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺癌根治术联合甲状腺侧区淋巴结清扫术后的康复护理中,在颈部功能锻炼的基础上增加漱口运动法,可进一步改善患者颈部活动度,降低瘢痕挛缩风险,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of gargle exercise after thyroid cancer surgery.Methods A total of 150 patients with thyroid cancer who underwent radical resection of thyroid cancer combined with lateral thyroid lymph node dissection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.Seventy-five patients who did neck functional exercises after surgery were included in control group,and 75 patients who added gargle exercises on the basis of neck functional exercises were included in study group.The neck range,generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOLI-74)score,and scar contracture were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of intervention,study group’s neck flexion to the affected side,flexion to the uninvolved side,rotation to the uninvolved side,rotation to the uninvolved side,extension,and flexion were greater than those of control group(P<0.05).Follow-up for 1 and 3 months,the scar contracture rates of study group(2.67%,4.00%)were lower than those of control group(12.00%,16.00%),and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the GQOLI-74 score of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the rehabilitation nursing after radical thyroid cancer surgery combined with lateral thyroid lymph node dissection,adding gargle exercise to the neck functional exercise could further improve the patients’neck mobility,reduce the risk of scar contracture,and improve the life of the patient quality.
