加味玉屏风散联合枸地氯雷他定片对慢性荨麻疹的疗效

Efficacy of Modified Yupingfeng Powder Combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets on Chronic Urticaria

目的研究加味玉屏风散联合抗组胺药枸地氯雷他定片对慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年9月鹿邑县人民医院收治的96例慢性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方案分为观察组与对照组,各48例。对照组接受枸地氯雷他定片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合加味玉屏风散治疗。2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较两组治疗前后血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平,以及CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)等T淋巴细胞亚群比例,比较两组中医症候评分和皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI),比较临床疗效、不良反应和复发情况。结果治疗前,两组血清各炎症因子水平、各类免疫因子、中医症候评分和DLQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IFN-γ、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IL-17、CD8^(+)、IgE、中医症候评分和DLQI评分水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于慢性荨麻疹患者,使用枸地氯雷他定片联合加味玉屏风散治疗,能够有效提高治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,并能减少复发,可调节血清中炎症因子和免疫因子水平,值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of modified yupingfeng powder combined with desloratadine citrate disodium tablets on chronic urticaria.Methods Ninety-six patients with chronic urticaria admitted to the People’s Hospital of Luyi from January 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.Control group received desloratadine citrate disodium tablets,and observation group was treated with modified Yupingfeng Powder on the basis of control group.Two weeks was a course of treatment,and a total of 2 courses of treatment were carried out.Compare the serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-17(IL-17)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)levels before and after the treatment between the two groups.Compare the ratio of T lymphocyte subgroups such as CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)between the two groups.Compare the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)between the two groups.Compare the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence.Results Before the treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups of serum levels of inflammatory factors,various immune factors,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and DLQI scores(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IFN-γ,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-17,CD8^(+),IgE,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and DLQI score were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic urticaria,the use of desloratadine citrate tablets combined with modified Yupingfeng powder could effectively improve the treatment effect,alleviate the clinical symptoms,reduce recurrence,and regulate the levels of serum inflammatory factors and immune factors.This treatment plan is worth promoting.
