探讨化学发光免疫法在肿瘤生物标志物检验中的运用效果

Discuss the Effect of Chemiluminescence Immunoassay in the Detection of Tumor Biomarkers

目的评估化学发光免疫方法应用于肿瘤相关生物标志物对应检验中的价值。方法方便选取的观察组、参照组内容源自该院2018年4月—2020年10月接受检验的62例恶性肿瘤疾病患者及62名健康体检人员相关资料,每个组别都予以肿瘤相关生物标志物方面检测,研究各项肿瘤相关生物标志物指标具体数据值、各项肿瘤相关生物标志物呈现阳性结果例数。结果观察组糖类抗原125指标具体数据值、糖类抗原199指标具体数据值、糖类抗原724指标具体数据值、甲胎蛋白指标具体数据值、癌胚抗原指标具体数据值[(303.20±5.67)U/mL、(50.49±3.50)U/mL、(35.60±2.16)U/mL、(319.52±7.80)ng/mL、(254.18±6.20)ng/mL]较参照组详细资料提升,差异有统计学意义(t=363.863、100.834、115.867、312.410、319.648,P<0.05),观察组糖类抗原125呈现阳性结果例数、糖类抗原199呈现阳性结果例数、糖类抗原724呈现阳性结果例数、甲胎蛋白呈现阳性结果例数、癌胚抗原呈现阳性结果例数(56例、56例、48例、40例、40例)较参照组详细资料提升,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=102.117、102.117、70.914、59.047、59.047,P<0.05)。结论采取化学发光免疫方法对肿瘤相关生物标志物予以检验存在一定价值,可为恶性肿瘤疾病的诊断提供依据。

Objective To evaluate the value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the corresponding test of tumor-related biomarkers.Methods Conveniently selected the observation group and reference group in this article were derived from the relevant data of 62 patients with malignant tumor diseases and 62 health examiners who were examined from April 2018 to October 2020 in the hospital.Each group was given tumor-related biomarkers detection,study the specific data value of each tumor-related biomarker index,and the number of cases with positive results in the test of each tumor-related biomarker.Results Observation group carbohydrate antigen 125 index specific data value,carbohydrate antigen 199 index specific data value,carbohydrate antigen 724 index specific data value,alpha-fetoprotein index specific data value,carcinoembryonic antigen index specific data value(303.20±5.67)U/mL,(50.49±3.50)U/mL,(35.60±2.16)U/mL,(319.52±7.80)ng/mL,(254.18±6.20)ng/mL were higher than the detailed data of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=363.863,100.834,115.867,312.410,319.648,P<0.05),the number of carbohydrate antigen 125 showed positive results,the number of carbohydrate antigen 199 showed positive results,the carbohydrate antigen 724 showed positive results,the number of cases fetuin showed positive results,the number of carcinoembryonic antigen showed positive results(56 cases,56 cases,48 cases,40 cases,40 cases)compared with the detailed data of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=102.117,102.117,70.914,59.047,59.047,P<0.05).Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay is of certain value for the detection of tumor-related biomarkers,and it can provide a basis for the diagnosis of malignant tumor diseases.
