沙格列汀联合缬沙坦对早期2型糖尿病肾病患者炎性指标及肾功能的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Saxagliptin Combined with Valsartan on Inflammatory Indexes and Renal Function in Patients with Early Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨沙格列汀联合缬沙坦对早期2型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者炎性指标、肾功能的改善效果。方法方便选择2019年1月—2020年1月常熟市第一人民医院收治的96例早期2型DN患者,随机分为甲、乙组,均给予常规治疗与缬沙坦,乙组加用沙格列汀,对比两组患者血清炎性指标白介素(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及血肌酐(SCr)、24 h尿微量清蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿素氮(BUN)变化。结果治疗后,均好转,乙组患者肌酐、尿素氮、血清炎性指标水平更低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组总有效率为93.75%,高于甲组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.352,P=0.021<0.05)。结论沙格列汀联合缬沙坦治疗早期2型DN,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of saxagliptin combined with valsartan on inflammatory indexes and renal function in patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 96 patients with early type 2 DN admitted to the First People's Hospital of Changshu City from 2019.1 to 2020.1 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into groups A and B.Both groups were given conventional treatment and valsartan,and group B was treated with saxagliptin,and the two groups were compared of the patient's serum inflammatory indexes interleukin(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),serum creatinine(SCr),24h urine microalbumin excretion rate(UAER),and urea nitrogen(BUN)changes.Results After treatment,all improved.The levels of creatinine,urea nitrogen,and serum inflammatory indexes in group B were lower than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate in group B was 93.75%,which was higher than that in group A 77.08%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.352,P=0.021<0.05).Conclusion Saxagliptin combined with valsartan in the treatment of early type 2 DN has a significant effect and is worthy of promotion.
