综合护理干预在下肢急性骨筋膜室综合征围术期应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Perioperative Period of Acute Compartment Syndrome of Lower Extremities

目的分析综合护理干预在下肢急性骨筋膜室综合征围术期应用效果观察。方法方便选择2019年1月—2020年5月该院收治96例下肢急性骨筋膜室综合征患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组48例给予常规护理干预,研究组48例实施综合护理干预,对两组患者效果进行比较。结果研究组肾功能损伤率为6.25%,低于对照组33.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.090,P<0.05);研究组主动功能锻炼时间(0.89±0.18)d、被动功能锻炼时间(0.24±0.17)d、住院时间(16.13±2.11)d,均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(t=23.441、26.227、20.444,P<0.05);研究组足背动脉搏动恢复时间、下肢麻木消退时间、小腿肿胀消退时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组躯体疼痛(88.12±7.36)分、社会功能(87.36±8.24)分、精力(86.37±8.25)分与情感职能(87.36±7.96)分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理干预应用于下肢急性骨筋膜室综合征患者中,可降低患者肾功能损伤发生率,能有效促使其早日康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of acute compartment syndrome of lower limbs.Methods From January 2019 to May 2020,96 patients with acute compartment syndrome of lower extremities were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.48 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and 48 patients in the study group were implemented comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the effects of the two groups of patients.Results The renal damage rate in the study group was 6.25%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.090,P<0.05);the study group's active functional exercise time(0.89±0.18)d,passive functional exercise time(0.24±0.17)d,hospitalization time(16.13±2.11)d was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.441,26.227,20.444,P<0.05);the study group's dorsal artery pulsation recovery time,lower limb numbness subsided time,calf swelling subsided time was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group scores for physical pain(88.12±7.36)points,social function(87.36±8.24)points,energy(86.37±8.25)points and emotional function(87.36±7.96)points were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with acute compartment syndrome of the lower extremities can reduce the incidence of renal injury in patients and can effectively promote their early recovery.
