人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing in Operating Room Nursing for Elderly Patients with Lower Limb Fractures

目的分析人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法方便选择2019年4月—2020年4月该院收治下肢骨折老年患者89例临床资料,按随机数表分为两组,对照组44例予以常规手术室护理,研究组45例行人性化手术室护理,比较两组护理心理状态、并发症情况和满意度。结果护理后,研究组SAS(33.12±3.68)分、SDS(32.87±4.53)分,比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=10.302、9.816,P<0.05);且研究组术后感染、压力性损伤、下肢深静脉血栓等并发症率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.264,P<0.05);对照组满意度(72.72%)低于研究组(91.11%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.099,P<0.05);且研究组生理职能(87.32±6.28)分、精力(88.19±9.35)分、躯体疼痛(89.35±8.16)分及社会功能(88.64±7.63)分等质量评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=8.456、6.352、8.029、7.318,P<0.05)。结论将人性化手术室护理实施于下肢骨折老年患者中,可减轻患者不良心态,减少术后并发症,能提升其满意度,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in operating room nursing for elderly patients with lower limb fractures.Methods The clinical data of 89 elderly patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group 44 cases received routine operating room care,and the study group 45 cases underwent humanized surgery room nursing,compare the two groups of nursing mental state,complications and satisfaction.Results After care,SAS(33.12±3.68)points and SDS(32.87±4.53)points in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.302,9.816,P<0.05).The rates of postoperative complications such as infection,pressure sores and deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.264,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the control group(72.72%)was lower than that of the study group(91.11%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.099,P<0.05).The scores of physical function(87.32±6.28)points,energy(88.19±9.35)points,body pain(89.35±8.16)points and social function(88.64±7.63)points in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.456,6.352,8.029,7.318,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized operating room nursing in elderly patients with lower limb fractures can reduce the patient's unhealthy mentality,reduce postoperative complications,and improve their satisfaction.It is clinically worthy of promotion and use.
