HPV分型及血清肿瘤标志物在宫颈癌诊断中的效果探讨

The Effect of HPV Classification and Serum Tumor Markers in the Diagnosis of Cervical Cancer

目的分析HPV分型、血清肿瘤标志物对宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法便利抽选2019年3月—2020年3月被诊断为宫颈癌、宫颈癌前病变的患者各40例及健康体检者40名,全部给予HPV分型+血清肿瘤标志物检查,组间对比检查结果。结果宫颈癌组、癌前病变组、健康组的HPV 31型、58型阳性例数分别为4例和2例、1例和1例、1例和0例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组的HPV 18型、16型阳性例数分别为29例和17例、16例和8例、2例和2例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组、癌前病变组、健康组的CA125水平分别为(41.95±4.38)、(33.80±2.94)、(10.30±2.92)μg/mL,3组的CA153水平分别为(50.50±6.94)、(35.77±4.44)、(15.22±2.81)U/mL,3组的CEA水平为(38.65±2.15)、(5.52±0.32)、(2.31±0.07)ng/mL,3组两两对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HPV分型+血清肿瘤标志物联合检测可用于鉴别诊断宫颈癌及癌前病变。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of HPV classification and serum tumor markers for cervical cancer.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,40 patients each were diagnosed with cervical cancer and cervical precancerous lesions,and 40 healthy patients were conveniently selected.All were given HPV typing+serum tumor marker examination,and comparison between groups was examined.Results The number of HPV 31 and 58 positive cases in the cervical cancer group,precancerous lesion group,and healthy group were 4 cases and 2 cases,1 case and 1 case,1 case and 0 cases,respectively.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the number of HPV type 18 and type 16 positive cases in the three groups were 29 and 17,16 and 8,2 and 2,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CA125 levels of cervical cancer group,precancerous lesion group,and healthy group were respectively(41.95±4.38)μg/mL,(33.80±2.94)μg/mL,(10.30±2.92)μg/mL,the CA153 levels of the three groups were respectively(50.50±6.94)U/mL,(35.77±4.44)U/mL,(15.22±2.81)U/mL,CEA levels of the three groups were(38.65±2.15)ng/mL,(5.52±0.32)ng/mL,(2.31±0.07)ng/mL,the three groups were compared in pairs,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of HPV typing and serum tumor markers can be used to differentially diagnose cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.
