潮流能开发利用指数方法研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 潮流能电站的选址和设计过程不仅与资源条件有关,还受到水深、流向、流速垂向结构等因素影响。该文推导了垂向潮流能资源与表层流速之间的关系式,提出并引入表达流向变化特征的流向稳定系数,利用水深、涨潮、落潮期间的代表流速和潮流能装置额定功率的对应流速等参数构建一个潮流能开发利用指数,通过该方法可综合反映潮流能功率密度、水深、流速垂向变化、流向等多个因素的变化,以表征研究海域潮流能资源的开发利用潜力和价值,并通过舟山普陀山-葫芦岛水道进行应用分析,可为潮流能电站的宏观选址和初步设计提供科学依据。 Site-selection and designing of a tidal stream energy station usually consider not only tidal stream power density,but also water depth,current direction,and velocity profile.This paper investigated the relationship between surface velocity and vertical distribution of power density and introduced the Direction Stable Coefficient to describe the variability of surface flow direction.Tidal Current Energy Index,which is based on water depth,maximum speed during flood and ebb,and rated velocity of the tidal turbine,is proposed for characterizing the potential utilization value of the tidal energy in a site.This method is then applied to the Putuo islandHulu island channel of the Zhoushan islands.The index can provide a scientific reference for macro-siting and initial design of tidal stream plants.
