摘要
对金属表面粗糙度与制备太阳能选择性吸收涂层性能(吸收比α(AM1.5),发射比ε_(n)(80℃))之间的关系进行实验,在对实验数据进行分析后得出,金属表面粗糙度与制备涂层发射比间存在线性关系,对制备涂层吸收比影响较小。实际生产中,选择粗糙度值在0.10μm较为合适。
The relationship between the roughness of metal surface and solar absorptanceα(AM1.5),emittanceε_(n)(80℃)of solar selective absorbing coating was tested.As the experimental data shown,there is a near univariate linear relationship between the metal surface roughness and the emittance of the prepared coating.The metal surface roughness for preparing the absorptance of the coating has less affected.In actual production,it is more suitable to select roughness value in 0.10μm for producing.
