论康有为“天下-个人”政治结构的双重超越

Kang Youwei’s Double Transcendence of“Tianxia-Individual”Political Structure

康有为所设想的"天下-个人"政治结构模式是其大同社会的基本社会政治结构。通过公政府对于个人的全方位的保障,个体得以实现独立与自主。这一设想既是对中国传统"家-国"同构政治结构的超越,也是对现代民族国家政治结构的超越,建构理想的大同社会。康有为的设想具有创造性、超前性和空想性,值得进一步反思。

The“Tianxia-Individual”political structure model envisioned by Kang Youwei is the basic social and political structure of his Datong Society.Through the public government’s comprehensive protection of individuals,individuals can achieve independence and autonomy.This vision is not only a transcendence of the Chinese traditional“family-state”isomorphic political structure,but also a transcendence of the modern nation-state political structure.Kang Youwei’s ideas are forward-looking and utopian,and are worthy of further reflection.
