县域普惠金融发展水平测度及影响因素分析——以湖南省为例

Measurement and Influencing Factors of County Financial Inclusion in Hunan Province

发展县域普惠金融是湖南省实现全面小康社会的关键。依据2017年湖南省各县域经济金融数据,构建县域普惠金融指数,发现湖南省县域普惠金融水平存在区域差异,并通过多元线性回归模型实证分析发现,经济发展水平和就业水平对其有正向提升作用,而城乡收入差距和农业产值占比则反之。据此,应着力促进区域经济协调发展,构建多层次普惠金融体系,加强普惠金融教育和金融消费者权益保护并发挥政策引导和激励作用,协同推进普惠金融的发展。

The development of county financial inclusion is the key to realize an all-round well-off society in Hunan Province.According to the county economic and financial data of Hunan Province in 2017,this paper builds up county index of financial inclusion,and finds regional differences of financial inclusion level.Through the empirical analysis of multiple linear regression model,it is found that the level of economic development and employment have a positive effect on it,while the ratio of urban and rural income gap and agricultural output value is on the contrary.On this basis,efforts should be made to coordinate the development of regional economy,build a multi-level inclusive financial system,strengthen inclusive financial education and the protection of financial consumers’rights and interests,as well as give a full play to the role of policy guidance and incentive to promote the development of financial inclusion.
